Has anyone purchased one of these cat converters on ebay?

... and to add to that, it will NOT give you 10-15hp like he claims! You might get 5hp if that!
A test pipe (just a straight through hollow pipe) in place of the cat gave me about 5hp on the dyno... that's it!
