Bad luck cracking front light lenses?

I'm just curious if anyone else has as bad of luck as I do with this. When I bought my max one of the foglights had a nice sized hole in it. Since then I've replaced it, and added clear corner lenses. One of the clear corner's is already cracked to hell, as well as the foglight I've replaced. This all happened in the span of a couple months. Should I even bother replacing them again? Or was it just a rash of bad luck?

But i live in florida and the weather never goes to the extream cold. I dont know for sure, but it may have to do with how cold it gets?

Nope, I don't see how that would do it, it's -8 here.

One of my stock (orange corners) side markers broke. I just replaced it with a clear.

Just got mine broken yesterday on the freeway. Pretty much sucks since it's not something you can really avoid. I didn't even hear when the stone hit it. It was only when I reached home I saw the damage.
I managed to use some super glue to stick the piece from the hole area back into place until I can find a new light.
I also used some 2" clear tape and covered both fogs...I'm hoping it adds a little extra protection since I use the freeway everyday. I'm thinking about doing the headlights too but those are plastic and shouldn't crack as easy as the fogs...I think.
I'm almost sure the maxima fogs won't work in the cefiro...its a different shape...so ordering from the US is not an option. I will have to order mine from Japan. By the way, what is the average price of a fog light.

The three modes are Snow, Normal and Power. In Snow mode the car never starts off in 1st gear. And in power mode the rpm runs to redline before the gears change...even if not at WOT. Power mode kicks in automatically if you go WOT. Maybe you could try it with the Maxima and see if it works even without the mode switch(right side of the gear selector in the pic).
