Front Strut Bar Problem

I just got a front strut bar from ebay. When i was installing it , i noticed the passenger side bracket was pushing against the aluminum pipe(AC line?). The bracket wont go all the way down...The driver side doesnt have a problem. Any one came across this problem b4? Or does anyone have any suggestions?

if your FSTB is aligned properly it should sit .01mm above the aluminum pipe. i had FSTB on for over 1 year no problem here yet.

Move the A/C line. There is a bracket holding that line attached to that strut tower. Move that bracket slightly twards the rear and the A/C line will move enough to clear the bar.

I have the same fstb for over a year now and all I did to make it fit was pushing the pipe a little bit down with the bar, I put a piece of rubber so it doesn't scratch the bar, or the pipe.

I don't know about evo vector, but mine is from ebay and is called ReVotec, and it works great so far! There was a little bit of fitment issues, but overall, it is good for the money. $16.50.
Check out the thread here and it will help you...
