my car idles really low... below 500 rpm's

i have cleaned throttle body and treated both tank and injectors and nothing has worked

i was told by a friend to "idle it up" ... what does this mean, would it help, and if so how do i do it

check your battery and alternator and batteries Plus or somewhere, that could cause it.
