swap 95-96 to 97-99

swap 95-96 to 97-99
Hey all
does anyone know if the headlamps off the 97-99 maxima can be interchanged with those of a 95-96? Also will the front grill off the 97-99 fit on the 95-96 maxima?
they look pretty much the same so I wasn;t sure if it could be done...
has anyone done these themselves? easy/hard?
