Silverstars out, Which bulbs next?

Well, after a year my Silverstars stopped working. I was kind of happy. Although they look good, they suck in terms of lighting. I could not see the road at all when it rained. Now its time to try a different kind of bulb. I want to keep a bright, white look; no purple, or blue.

On Ebay, there is a brand called "Hiper" those emit a white light, no blue at all, and the visibility is great at night, and bad weather conditions.
