AT transmission making very loud noises

When i shift from P to R or to D there is a loud noise and the car jerks pretty noticeably after it shifts gear. What does this mean?

so no one can help me at all? Can i take it to a diagostic center?

you probably gotta change da reverse pinion, check da how to's section
