that should answer all you questions. you will need new shock regardless.

the real question is why are you doing a suspension? looks or performance?

oh ya! and also:
you need to read the FAQ and IMPORTANT threads before posting a question!!!

Out of the 4 listed I would pick Tein for the drop, Sprints for the handling (c'mon they are stiff!), and Maxspeed for everyday driving. But IMO I'd choose Progress for the drop, Eibach for the handling, and H&R for everyday driving. It's all about your style though.

Sprints are horrible for handling. They are too low. For as low as they go, they are not nearly stiff enough. They are stiff, and they feel very stiff. But, this is due to the fact that they severly cut the overall suspension travel. This is a very bad thing when you are trying to go fast.

I know exacly what you're saying, but try telling this to all the Sprint owners. Sometimes lower is not better.

not quite understanding your question. By getting new springs, your changing parts of your suspension. If you mean "messing up ur shocks" then you want a small drop. If you're planning to drop the car then I suggest getting new shocks also. I'm on Maxspeeds right now and the ride is harsh on stock shocks. I'm planning to change to Tein S. Tech and Illumina combo. Do it once and do it right.
