should I remove and clean my upper intake manifold

sup everyone....I just cleaned my throttle body a few days ago and noticed that, deep inside my intake manifold it looked kinda dirty, and oily. I have heard about some taking it off and cleaning it. I did just turn over 100,000 miles and im pretty sure it has never been done. Should i even do this or is it just not worth it?? also i need some directions on how to take it off and how to really clean it down good, should i decide to do it.

thanks
Cris

Take a rag, duck tape it to a stick. Spray hte rap with ThrotleBody/Carb Cleaner. Stick the stick through the throtle body and turn the stick and go back and forth.
