help with installing the redline armrest cover

Aight so i just recieved my redline shift boot, ebrake boot, and arm rest cover all in black leather with tan stitching. and i couldnt be more happy with the look and feel of these products and i reccomend redline to anyone thats looking to increase the look of their interior. but i do have one thing thats im a little confused about. ive gotten all the instructions on the install of the shift and ebrake boots so i know how im gonna put those on, but the arm rest cover is a different story. this is all the information redline provides for their cover "Our armrest cover is a direct pull-on on the factory armrest. It's a very easy, do-it-yourself install!" well thats not helping me to much. so my question is to the people that have an armrest cover how did you install yours?

I got all of my boots last week as well. They are of great quality and great service from redlinegoods.

I took off the brown cover that was on the factory armrest, but I don't think you need to/should. The redline boot would look and probably feel better if the stock cover was just left on. I used a flat-head to push areas of the boot in that were loose with moderate pressure.
