Do Illuminas get rid of the bouncy ride?

I am about to order a set of Illuminias and wanted to make sure that I am doing the right thing. I haven't been able to get a clear review of how they hold up in the long run ( street suck here in Chicago) and if they will get rid of the bouncy ride I have right now with H&Rs and the Tokico Blues which suck. Since the Illuminas have been out for a while for the 4th gens I thought I would ask you guys your opinions. Thanks

So far going on a month with illumina shocks on a 1.5" drop, I have to say that the ride is much more comfortable then I would have ever imagined. There is little no no bounce with these shocks, unless you go full tilt in either direction(hard-soft).

They werent designed to be used with aggressive lowering springs, other than that they should be perfectly good replacement shocks.
