Does anyone know what the PCV Valve for the enigne is?

Does anyone know what the PCV Valve for the enigne is?
My car eat oil like crazy, every 1,000 miles i'm always a qt low. So some guy a nissan said it might be the PCV valve so i bought one but I don't know where it goes?

In the How To sticky there is a 60K tune up post. Go there and it will tell you how to do it. I believe it is a vacume type thing
