Blown electrical system?

Ok, this is a toughie. Whoever can solve this gets a cookie. I left my aftermarket fog lights on and it killed my battery (shut up, I know.) When I got back to my car, I heard a clicking noise (kinda sounded like the starter but I dunno.) but aside from that, my car was dead. So, I charge up the battery and drive around for a while to get it back to life etc. That night, I notice that the dome light is out, remote entry does not work and my A/C lighting is out. The stereo works, the A/C works, headlights etc. Just the dome, A/C lights and keyless. It's not the fuses inside the cabin. Any ideas?

do the window and lock controls on the door work? the fuse would be my only idea, but if that were the case your gauges wouldn't light up either. time to pull out the multimeter and start testing wires
