engine light

engine light

the engine light came on because of bad o2 sensor, replaced it now how long does it take for it to go off. anyone know?

It wont go off until you reset your ecu.

yeah you have to reset it. It's really simple you can do it by yourself. I'm sure the instructions are somewhere on the FAQ's or some other of the Sticky threads.

By the way... do you have Y pipe or straight pipe? Or are you stock under there?

In reality it would go off by it self, after the ECU cycles for 50, it has to do with how much you drive the car and what distance you drive the car for. its like 50 starts, i am not sure if thats correct, but i heard that from nissan mechanic.......
