SC on ebay?

just found this item on ebay, but I must be honest in saying that I have neither heard of it, nor do I know if it is a good deal. Price is not bad, unless it is junk or. Anyone has any info, please let me know.

well turbonetics is a good brand, but a universal supercharger.... i dunno if you know what youre doing it might work well, but if you dont or whomever installs it doesnt, it could have nasty results. IMO i would stick to the maxima made ones

That's about the norm for that kinda product. Tubonetics is a good company and make quality products. It's a turbo, not a SC. And it's just a turbo, none of the extras that are needed to make it work, not a SC. IF you were to buy that you would need to buy a lot more stuff to make it work.

Best thing for you is don't get trigger happy with the buy it now and do a little research in the Boost forum down below.

EDIT: Here are tow pictures showing the differences

Here's Hal's (HLH0501) Turbo maxima:

Here's Kev's (Y2KevSE) S/C maxima (before he went turbo)

See the difference?

cool, thanks. I also heard someone saying before that superchargers tend to wear out your clutch very fast
