Missing ECU screw

Missing ECU screw
I have a 99 GLE, and my check engine light came on recently, so I thought I would pull the codes from the ECU myself. Problem: There is no screw on the ECU, just a hole with no screw. The sticker on the ECU was fully intact, and had not been punctured. Any ideas?

It is a tiny philips. If you use a mirror behind gas pedal and shine a flashlight in the hole you'll see it.
Be carefull when turning the screw as when I did it, I couldn't feel any stops as the text seems to indicate you should.
I just turned a quarter turn clockwise, wait 2s, turn quarter turn counterclockwise.
Good luck!

make sure its the right hole. take computer out and apart and fix it. maybe the switch is floating around inside the comp. if yours broke do the same thing. there is a piece of plastic in switch that you could probably super glue. i did. now i'm careful not to turn screw hard.
