Temp Needle bobs alot under heavy acceleration

I'm not sure why this happens but it has me worried a little. It doesnt do it under normal conditions, but if I go WOT the needle bobs up and down quite quickly until I let off. Any ideas as to whats causing this?

Nothing out of the ordinary. It only happens when under full throttle acceleration.

Could have something to do with voltage dropping.
