Starting Problem
Starting Problem
this happens to me like once a week, it happened again today, i took a 5 minute ride because i had to order some tickets and when i get back to the car, i have no power, i put the key in and turn it and theres no lights or nothing, no starting noise and etc... then i get out of the car and lock the car and then i cant unlock it, i wait a few minutes while i keep on trying to unlock it and when i was about to use the key the unlock button worked on the remote. I open up the hood and it was pretty hot so i let it cool and i just played with the red and black wires to see if it had a good connection to the battery..... and then i wait 10 minutes and go inside and start the car. It starts normally but my radio stations were reset. Im thinking that this is a battery problem but i just bought it a few months ago...... can som1 share there thoughts about this?
Sounds like either a bad ground or a bad connection. You could also have a loose or half-blown fuse. Check all wires that lead from the battery to make sure they are not only tight but well-protected. Double-check the appropriate fuses underneath the dash and under the hood by the battery.
