My car makes a squeaking noise while it's running. It used to quiet down once the engine was warm but now it keeps making noise until I shut it off. I am pretty sure that the sound is coming from the belt or very close to it.

Does this sound like I need a new belt?
Can anybody give me instructions for replacing the belt?
Is there a part number for it?
How long does it take to replace?
