Are '97 headlights a direct replacement for 96's?

Are '97 headlights a direct replacement for 96's?
Ok, I did the AE headlight mod and it looks good but it looks better on 97-99 lights. I wanna get a set by are they direct replacements or do I have to do some modding?

just get the cefrio headlights cuz stock head lights are around $110 for one side and $140 for the other side. thats about $250 and they still look ****ty. i bought my cefrio for $285 from Liuspeed from a group deal on the org. he's might be still selling them right now for $260-285 shipped. just my .02
