Blue Climate ocntrol button questions

i just the leds....has anyone ever used 3mm instead of 5mm? I thought they would for the brown sockets better.

also the auction i won it comes with 20 leds, and 20 resitiors. Would i need to use a resitor for each led?

I thought everyone used 3mm not 5mm. The 3mm are smaller and easier to work with. Wouldn't really make a difference if you used 3mm or 5mm if they had the same ratings. I also just ordered some LEDs, 50 LEDs and 50 resistors for $11 shipped. The inside of my car will be all RED, just earlier I replaced the bulbs that are on the bottom of the doors with red ones. Looks kinda nice. YES, USE A RESISTOR FOR EACH LED, THE RESISTOR KAKES THE LED 12V "COMPLIANT".
