I got a few codes.

1st I reveived a bad crank sensor code. I reset and it went away.

100 miles laster I revieced 0304 and 0302 knock sensor and EGR System Hi/Low Flow. I have no idea what the second one is. And we tested the knock with a voltage meter and it was at 580 which is in range. Could my computer be malfunctioning. The car has 130k and runs fine.

I read that 0302 could be from weak or dead battery. My bose radio seems to sometimes go off with the lcd screen even though the radio is still on. Could that be from a dead battery?

 

If your Bose dims, go to AutoZone and let them do a full alternator and batter test, it will show you how many amps the car puts out at idle and how good the batter is under a load.

 

I did both of those things about a week ago. Both tested well. But it has to be either of them. they both are old and im not sure which one is bout to go. I think I will replace the battery just to do it. Any other suggestions.
