it sais 2000+ i looked around yahoo and on some websites i saw that OBX makes 95-96 97-98 and 99+ so the question is will this exhaust be a bolt on for a 99?? or it won't fit hanger wise and stuff???? anyone has this one on a 99??? thanx...

in the auction it says "FITS 2000 AND MAXIMA", therefore it will NOT fit 1995-1999. 
you will need to look for a specific auction that sells 1995-1999 OBX type-H catback exhaust.
those pictures all look the same. read the auction details before you buy anything.
conclusion: no it will NOT fit.
