question about clearing tails.
If i clear out my orange piece in the turn signals, and i do not use the floresent insert will it blind the other drivers with a blue bulb in it? also are the blub bulbs legal in NY?

What part of SI?

Unfortunately, you can't clear out 95-96 tails and you would for a 97-99. Sucks. Just hope and pray that you can find a set of red/clears, but be prepared to pay a pretty penny
