check engine light after udp install

I just had a motostorm udp put on and ever since my check engine light has been on what do i do.

Maybe you should go back to the shop that did the installation and ask them what went wrong.

Or..

Read through the stickied thread at the top of the 4th gen page regarding the check engine light, it'll tell you how to pull the code yourself and see what it means.

maybe they didn't plug everything back up or something. run the code.

id listen to ch13f and everyone else here, start with the FAQ.

pull the code
reset ur ECU and let the car learn and adjust to its new mod.

IMO
I think its a change in the environment thats giving you the CEL. Because things have changed since the UPD was installed the computer is just letting you know.

Also, besides the problem your having. Have you noticed and performance gains from the UDP? Any new changes?
