My horn sounds funny, like it is not loud enough and I saw that the wire that connects to the front horn is broken off. I was wondering if anyone know waht the cost of having the horns replace is?

any estimates would be very appreciated.

thank you.

Option 1) Repair the broken wire. Wire strippers. soldering gun. black plastic tape. No big deal. $10 if you pay a professional.

Option 2) Buy a pair of accessory electric horns. A Maxima-driving friend bought a pair of Fiamm electric horns from Pep Boys for a modest price. He's pleased with the more assertive sound they have.

Thanks Dan

for the word. I was going to see if I can somehow reconnect the wiring, since the part that broke was the plug connect that plugs onto the horn. I guess I will just cut, strip and reconnect the wires and then just wrap it in the electrical tape.

i wasn't sure if I needed a new horn...nah...i doubt it...thanks!!

I had the Fiamm Highway Blaster Horns as well. I love them. It sounds like a really loud GM Car. Simple DIY install.
