Autometer gauge installation? assistance needed.

I just ordered 3 ultra-lite autometer gauges, electrical oil pressure, voltmeter, and air/fuel ratio. How do i do the installation? I know the voltmeter should be straight forward. I didnt recieved them yet. Where do i connect the violet wire for the air fuel/ratio, i heard it HAS to be connected in a specific way or it will damage the sensor and/or gauge. How do i do the oil pressure? Will i need anything besides what comes for the gauges? I have reverse indiglo silver gauges, I want the autometers to match as close as possible. Can i replace the bulb in the back of the gauge wiht a blue LED to match the reverse indiglos? What are your suggestions?

Thanks,
MAXecutive

The gauges will come with instructions...
http://hp.autometer.com/instruction_..._download.html

The VM is straight forward like you said...
O2 can be at either the sensor or the ECM...
You will need an adaptor and/or T for the oil pressure sender.

For a 97, either one of these (front/rear):

The ECM is down, behind the radio... You can get to it on the passenger's side...
You should consider buying a car manual if you want to work on your own car.

waht do u mean front/ rear, is this the PCM thing autometer is talking about. they say to connect the purple wire between the PCM and the connector to the o2 sensor.

Thanks

Front bank of 3 cylinders vs Rear bank of 3 cylinder... So... you can tap into EITHER one of these wires...

im sorry to keep bringing up the issue, but, your saying tap into either on of these for the air fuel ratio, so what is that diagram, is that a harness located on the passenger side? do you know what color is the wires?

I went to pep boys and strauss and they didnt have the 95-99 repair manual, do they have these stuff online?

Thanks for your help.
