Foglight rewire to be independent of headlights?

Would this be difficult to do? My lights's wiring is stock so my fogs can only be turned on when the headlights are on. How hard is it to rewire so that I can turn the fogs on whenever I want even without the headlights? I searched but couldn't find anything on this in the sticky's. Can anyone explain/show me how to do this?

Thanks, bro. I'll look again. It seems common sense to me our foggers should worked independently. Wish I knew why they wire them out of the factory the way they do.
