udp problems any ideas

I had an udp put on the motostorm one and i love it it revs quiker and throttle response is better. But my check engine light has been on ever since.I tried resetting the ecu by the battery and even right at the ecu but no luck.Is there a sensor near the crank pulley that could have broken.

And one more thing i have a remote car starter but now it takes the car longer to crank cuz of the pulley and the car wont start using it is ther a way to adjust it.

I have the same pulley, and and my check engine light is on, but not because of the pulley... Does the car drive ok?

And I think on some remote starters, There is a setting where it will keep cranking until it senses the engine has started...?
