Se, Se-l?

hey everyone,
Someone wil probably answer this is one reply, but i am very curious as to what the difference between a maxima SE and SE-L is? i have a SE, just wondering if the differnces are cosmetic or performance related? Thanks

SE-L has different floormats and badging I believe....correct me if I'm wrong.
