i just got a g-tech.. and i used it twice for 0-60 accel. i got a 6.4 and 6.8 is that about accurate for my mods? (system is not in the car right now) injen cai/budget y/ axle back exhaust
a$$uming my 6.4 was accurate, around where would i expect my 1/4 to be with optimum shifts?

Someone once posted (and it made sense to me) that 0-60 is mostly a function of tire grip. If you have average tires you could expect a better 1/4 time than your launch would indicate... Since you wouldnt be spinning going into 3rd or 4th but probably did a bit launching and going to 2nd.
If you have awesome tires and get that 0-60 you might not see 1/4 that stands up to your best hopes.. Hope this quick post made sense.

I've gotten 6.0 0-60s with a G-tech at the track a few years ago when I was pulling lower 2.2 60 foots and running true 14.6s@95mph at the track. The G-Tech said I ran 14.5s@99mph. I tested the G-Tech a year ago when I added my JWT ECU and I got 5.7-5.8 0-60s with a pretty sweet launch on a back road. I didn't have enough room to do a 1/4 mile.
