which non-headlight bulbs is the brighest

trying to decide which bulbs to get that wont melt my socket or housing. Came across the PIAA xtreme white and sylvstar (however u spell that) bulbs, the one that is similar to HID. Need to know if they last long and are they safe. Also, if anyone can suggest me to an HID kit, that would be very appreciated too. THanks

I got super lazer blues from Wal*Mart.Or get the other ones that are from there(think they're called Xenon).Or the ones from Fleet Farm. They all are brighter but visibility is never as good as stock.Bulbs are all personal preference.Cars do flash me though with the Wal*mart kind.Good luck.

IIcolinII- if you mean the headlights, the silverstars are a nice bright white halogen that I recommend over stock. They are reasonably priced too. The sylverstar marker lights (1157) were not available for our cars when I looked 3 months ago.

APC < polargs < RAYBRIG

i had all 3, RAYBRIG is the brightest. they are true JDM bulbs, quality is A++.

PIAA is good for brand, but i didn't see a difference from dlo_azn's 99gsr with PIAA xtreme vs. my old KOBA 4,800k hyperwhite. in fact i was actually a bit brigher than his PIAA.
