Hi guys, I have a 96 Maxima GLE and my odometer recently stopped working mid-way through a 150 mile trip. The tachometer and speedometer both still work, so it is not a major problem, but I was wondering if anyone here has encountered this problem before and may know of an easy fix (or what may be causing the problem even if it is not an easy fix, just so I know).

On one of my friends max, the little belt that turns it broke.

 

Did he get it fixed? If so, was it easy to fix and/or how much did it cost?

 

I will try to find out, you should open it up and see for yourself.
