help bad misfire

i wanna know if not havin a throttle body gasket on the maxima can cause it to have real rough idle and cut off sometimes when comin to a stop but the car pulls real strong at wot but son u let of the rpms drop to 500 rpms and idles from 200 rpms to 500 rpms. ? well i did an oil change , changed the fuel filter, pcv vavle, put some injecter cleaner in the tank, changed the spark plugs to some used irdiums plugs from another max with only 2k miles on use before. i'm thinkin its the spark plugs that are causin this but wanna make sure what else can be the problem. thanks for the help.
