I had my clutch changed in aug of last year, I was broke so I got the one from autozone. On new new years eve it went out again, I pulled it and it looked like it had been set on fire, not to mention the smell comming from the tranny. The clutch was worn down 2 the metal. Once again I go back 2 autozone 2 get a new one (since I am broke and it has a life time warrenty). It was fixed in early febuary. Now it feels like its starting 2 fade again. Finally my question is should I just pay the extra money and get a racing clutch or should I try to find out why my max is chewing up clutches. The mods I have on there right now is just a WR intake and WS Y-pipe. I have a stillen catback, UDP, B&M, Shifter, and a VI sitting in my garage waiting to be used but I dont want 2 put the on unless my max is running all the time. sorry for the long post
