Clutch Quote

Just got a quote to replace my clutch- $591 total (no tax cash special because the mech is a friend). That includes all labor, new clutch kit, tranny fluid change, resurface flywheel, and a new rear main seal while he is in there (mine is leaking slightly). Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on this. I could do it myself, but i'm at a point in my life where my time is worth more than my money, plus i'm a lazy ***.

edit- one more thing: how much is an OEM clutch kit? and not that nissan key value crap, the real deal. part numbers would help greatly.
