Throttle/Throttle Body Install Problem/Question. Need some help

Alright heres the deal,
I installed my throttle body today after having it chromed. The throttle body had the Throttle Position Sensor removed in order to be chromed, now I put everything back in and installed it all, but am having some problems. The problem is my Maxima is revving up when I push the clutch in and put the car in any gear..It'll go from idle at ~650 rpm to revving to ~1700-2000 rpm without me giving the car any gas. Then when I put the car in neutral the rpm will fall back to ~650 again. Any Ideas?? Also now when the car is at idle and in neutral and I "blurp" the throttle, the car hesitates and slowly revs up and then kind of bogs down. Please help me guys I really need the help!

Thanks,

-Nick

you could of screwed up some special vacume line, but it my guess. Obviously has something to do with vacume.

How do you figure it has to do with vaccum?? I checked the motor for a good hour and a half with no sign of anything being missing/installed wrong...Also I had the car idle for a while with me listening to in the engine bay and there where definately no signs of leaks. I am leading to believe it has to do with the throttle position sensor. Anybody??
