I want more power

The car I have is a '96 GXE with an automatic transmission. I want to improve my 0-80mph times without going forced induction (Nitrous included). What are two or three modifications that would yield the best (relatively) power gains without breaking the bank? Please specify a brand of product as well as I know that performance gains vary by brand. TIA

1 y-pipe not sure best company, I would say the top quality off any company would give you same power 12-18 hp ($160 wsp)
2 I used to think that ait intake you give a ton of more power, but I think that just doing a hacked air box would give you 1-2hp (for $0)
3 B-pipe maybe 1-3hp ($200+)
this is my opinion not sure is they are the best
BTW you can do those trans. upgrades. (to change gears faster, but I think they can be a little too expensive)

edit: 4 I don't know how much do you weight but you can alwyas lose some pounds, or take a few pounds of the car (eg. not leting your gasoline tank to its full, put lighter sit in the car, take whipers off, bumpers off hood off, basicaly anything that doesn't help with the motor. here is a link to help you get any ideas.....

Try a smaller, lighter wheel & tire combo!!!!!!!!
The biggest reason the 4th gen's are faster then the 5th gen's in the quarter mile is because of the wheels & tires... Just don't go to small on the rim's because you'll run into clearence issue's with the brake calipers........
