Hey guys, I took this code out last night and found 2 reasons for it. It's different wether my car was OBD or OBD2... I know USA maxes have OBD2 from 1996 on but I was wondering about canadian ones... It either means nothing's wrong with my car or that I have a problem with the IAC valve... I dont feel anything, what does this valve do if someone confirms that I do have OBD2 ??

0505 is CLEAR... all clear.. no problems..

 

Did I mention that I do have a 1996 GXE 5 spd. Does it make any difference ?
