it's very easy to do, i can remove mine in under 2 mins if it's not freezing out

the biggest pain for me is removing the poppers once they get stuck in the door. there is a tool jc whitney sells for like $4 that i might pick up, but in the meantime they come off with a flat head screw driver or pliers. goodluck and if you still need help after the directions coolj showed you, feel free to pm me.
