WHOA!! 1200 RPM idle today!

During the past month i tuned up my 95 SE 5spd. Changed all fluids, plug V power gapped to .044, checked all coils, processed Seafoam, cleaned and oiled K&N cone, removed and thoroughly cleaned CAI, cleaned throttle body and MAF. no ECU codes. Today out of the blue I rolled up to a red light (by this time I was out of gear just rolling), and I was idling at 1200 RPM's. after I completely stopped for at least 3 seconds then it slowly went down to about 900. Same thing at the next light. Anytime I stop it will not drop below 1100-1200 RPM's with the clutch depressed or not; doesn't make a difference. What is goin on here? ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. Anyone ever have a similar problem? I was gonna throw my Y-pipe on tomorrow morning but now I wanna fix this mess first.

i had that same thing happen to my car many times this past winter. i have an automatic and when i would start it, it would always seem to idle around 1200. it wasnt until i drove it for awhile and "warmed it up" that the idle would drop. it would also shift must slower than normal. i believe this was due to the cold.

I'm not talking about the initial startup first thing in the morning type of scenario.......I'm talking about every time i stop while driving, warmed up, startup, driving and randomly holding the clutch down for a few seconds (just to see if it happens).
