well unfortunately I found out the hard way that I had a cali spec... I had a fed spec Y pipe ready to go on, and sure enough i had a cali-spec stock Y... then when tightening my throttle cable, I followed the lines from the mystery bracket to a vacuum canister. I'm not sure what the canister is for, but I'm sure it's something to do with emissions
