How do I determine ignition type????

I am replacing an ignition coil on my '98 Max... All of the parts houses are carrying 2 type of coils for this car. Hanshin or Mitsu. There is no indication under the hood that I can see and the local dealer doesn't see anything in his book for this difference. Anybody run into this??

thanks

Well, it says right on the coil whether it's Mitsu(good) or hanshin(bad). Btw, the front and rear coils are DIFFERENT.

Thanks...

I should have looked closer before posting..

Are they interchangeable ands can they be mixed. I plan to replace all coils, but have to do so in stages. $$$ not flowing as freely as in the past

Thanks for the info
