horrible ride help

recently i installed new KYB AGX shocks(on stock gle coils), KYB front mounts, new control arms(both), new original end links and front sway bar urethane bushings (energy suspension) and my ride sucks big time i know from what i read that agx give me a harsh ride but i think something else is wrong after i installed i took my car for alignment. i played with settings a few times but right now im on 1/5 if i set the fronts to 2 it feels like its gona break apart and my car is not stable i can feel every small hole in the road i have come to think my shocks may be bad or something i was planning to buy tein h coils but declined because of my already terrible ride somebody told be that it will solve the problem i dont know what to do.by the way i want a slightly lowered ride (1-1.5 max) but dont want to sacrifice to much ide quality i spend a lot of time with my family(married with childrens......... yeah i know) and this is my only car

I don't know what to tell you but I was a little disappointed in my KYB AGX/Eibach pro kit springs. My ride is a bit bumpier but not too much.My struts don't have alignment holes so I didn't align anything yet.Have this setup for a month now.Does your struts have alignment holes?

I can see one thing that may be causing you problems. You put in KYB mounts on the car. It is pretty well known here on the Org. that these strut mounts are not good for our cars. I read many threads dealing with suspension upgrades and this was one thing that people said to stay away from. There were several threads where people could not alleviate their noise issues, once they changed their KYB mounts to the OEM ones, their noise problems went away.

I would start by replacing the KYB mounts, and double check your installation.

Here is a link to the stock components for our cars:

I have a family as well so I am looking at the Tokico Illuminas.

i already doublecheked everything so far everything seems ok but i did noticed that that kyb mounts move to much whenever a shake the car side to side( by hand) that did not happen with stock mounts wich by the way seems in very good condition just a little bit of rust where the shock made contact not a big issue i replace them because i just wanted to be sure everything was new and thus eliminating any future problems i didnt replace the isolators they were a bit worn out but i was in a little short of $$$ so i took the cheap way and turned them over i may replace them next week to see if that helps if not i try the old mounts i did considered the illuminas but here in PUERTO RICO I could not find them neither the AGX but cost of them with shipping was to high for my budget so i choose AGX(regret it) here we have the worst paved roads on the planet ask anyone who have drove here before theres a pothole (big ones )every 50 -100 meters of road im not lying its like drive a rally course but without mud(not on sunny days)

my shocks did not have any alignment hole you just take the car to the wheel tire shop and the align the car by turning in or out the outer terminals you dont mess with them when you mount the shocks/springs but is advised to align the car after installing them
