1)How do you degrease your engine, i mean i know you buy engine degreaser but is it like spray stuff, then do you rinse it off w/ water when you spray everything? then what do i cover up, just intake? and also do i leave the car running when i hose the stuff off?

2) when painting calipers, my friend said just jack up car, take off tire, put plastic bags around wheel well, and just paint caliper while its around the rotor. Is it bad to get rotor painted too? my frined said no, but im jus making sure.

3) Im going to paint my valve cover, and i was wondering if i could paint the medal thing right around the valve cover (valve cover is plastic ya know) i just wanna know these questions cuz im doing some projects over spring break.
