How do I put videos on here

I have some recent videos in car and out that I wanted to show everyone. Can someone tell me how to post them or who can host me.

How big is it? I'll host it, but you might have to upload if the file is too big since I'm on a 56k

The smallest one is 2.7mb the biggest one is 40 mb
