You should have posted this in the forced induction forum area. However thats a broad question and the answer can be based on your driving habits, whether or not its a daily driver etc........its more then just saying turbo is better...because in some cases a supercharger is better.

Supercharger for a daily driver. But I would probley chose turbo for the high HP.

You can have a blow off valve and a intercoorler with a s/c, get an sc its a lot more reliable, cheaper, and easier to deal with,
