What is the cause of this WEIRD sound?

What is the cause of this WEIRD sound?

It sounds like a "very deep WOO *pause* WOO *pause* WOO". And I also feel a slight rumble. it sounds like it is coming from my back wheels. And it only happens when I first move the max about 20-30yrd.

parking brake sticking, very common problem.

ive heard this isnt to hard to fix and really inexpensive, but i dont know how to do it off the top of my head, best bet, just go to a shop and ask them and they should tell ya
