What is this clunking sound from front end?
I recently had my passenger side CV shaft replaced because it was clicking when I was turning. Now, a couple months later there is a new sound. When I go slow on flat, bumpy, straight or turning there is a clunking kinda sound, almost like creaking. It is does not increase with speed, however it does with terrain, the bumpier the surface, the more frequent and louder the sounds. Im at 87k original shocks and struts.
Anyone have any ideas what this sound could be?

There is also a medium pitched moan from the drivers side (i think). Maybe it is the calipers. I hope I don't need new ones. When the car is parked I will Push down and pick up on the front end and I don't hear the clunking. How would the calipers make ththe clunk sound? I will be putting my summer Nokians on, I will check then. I have noticed I really need to push far on the break pedal to slow the car.
2naboy, where did you get the caliper and how much?
