high flow cats, worth it?

just needed a quick opinion, are high flow cats worth it like the random tech and warpspeed? or even the higher priced metallic substrate that warpspeed sells?? thanks in advance =)

i have not seen a difference in any of my friends cars, and they kinda regret it.

best bet....test pipe. if you have to run emissions, either reinstall the cat or go to walmart and buy this stuff called "all U need"

that worked on my old sentra that needed a new cat to pass........

I kinda like highflow cats. They flow almost as good as a testpipe and you still pass emisons. Buy a y pipe from warpspeed and they'll throw one it for like 60 bucks. MY buddy has one his max for like a year now and it works fine and he still passes emisons. And his car beats mine. But I don't think it's the high flow cat of course. Probably the mevi, lol

Sure, you can if you wish. But I doubt you'd see any gains, especially without breathing better (vi, fi). I'm not getting one, and I have a custom catback and hopefully a y pipe as soon as the gd gets moving.

Don't get the POS test pipe. No offense to any one but that garbage makes your exhaust sound like a raspy POS 4banger. On top of that you lose some power.
